Important ESA Update: As of Jan 1, 2026 the Ontario Employment Standards Act requires that publicly advertised job postings with a salary of under $200,000 include compensation/salary range. The salary range cannot exceed $50,000. I.e. $70,000-$120,000 is ok vs $65,000- $120,000 is not acceptable. Visit the Employment Standards Act for more information.
