Our Events
Our events are intended for OGSA members and our members will always be given priority in a sell-out situation.
If you would like to become a member before the event, we'd LOVE to have you join us!
Non-members who would like to play will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if spots become available. These spots will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Once notified, non-members are welcome to play and enjoy but are not eligible to win any prizes.
Supplier company membership rates will extend to their employees. Guests will be charged based on their membership status with the OGSA.
Sponsors may apply their comp(s) to non-member guests. Any additional non-member guests will be charged at the non-member rate.
The OGSA also endeavours to secure accommodations at significantly reduced rates to better serve our members. Room blocks are often a key component to our contract agreements. We encourage you to take advantage of this option when attending our events.
