Centennial Celebration at The Niagara Parks Power Station
Ticket pick up is Jan 16 at the OGSA registration desk before 4pm. Or between 6:15pm-7:30pm in the Hilton Lobby. Look for the shuttle sign.
Full Conference & Tuesday/Wednesday Passes include the Centennial Party.
We look forward to celebrating with you at the OGSA Centennial Celebration held at the Niagara Parks Power Station on January 16, 2024.
This cocktail reception event includes 3 drink tickets, 5 delicious food stations, hot and cold passed canapes, music provided by a DJ, the Currents Light Show, access to the Power Station Museum, and the underground spillway that leads to a platform at the base of the falls! The spillway will be chilly! If you'd like to bring a coat with you, there is a coat check!
Please bring your Conference name badges, these are your entry into the party! Guest or individual party tickets can be picked up at the OGSA Conference Registration Desk, at the Fallsview Casino Conference Centre, Grand Hall, before 4pm on January 16, or in the Hilton lobby between 6:15-7:30pm. Look for the Shuttle sign. Anyone who has purchased a ticket but can't pick up their name badge during these time frames, please contact the office to make arrangements. admin@ogsa.ca.
Shuttle buses will transfer guests between the Hilton Fallsview Hotel Lobby and the Niagara Parks Power Station starting at 6:15pm. The buses will run on a continuous loop until 11:00pm. The Shuttles will pick up guests at the Hilton Hotel Lobby facing Fallsview Blvd. Look for the SHUTTLE sign.
Hotel and Parking Information
The Hotel is the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites located at 6361 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON.
Our conference is occurring across the street at the Fallsview Casino Conference Centre. But don't worry about that January Winter weather, there is an enclosed bridge that leads directly from your accommodations at the Hilton to the Fallsview Centre.
Please be advised that checkout time is 11:00 a.m. and check-in time is AFTER 4:00 p.m. All guests arriving before the established check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Anyone who wants to arrange a late checkout may do so by contacting the hotel directly.
Parking
Self-parking in the garage is automated. Upon arrival, individuals must obtain a parking ticket to enter the parking garage.
In order to receive the group rates for parking in the parking garage, guests must have their parking ticket validated at the office located inside the parking garage, and not at a parking pay station.
Covered parking spots in the garage are limited and are offered first come first serve.
Valet parking is also available to those who wish to take advantage of this service. This is not included in the group rate.
Rates:
Offsite - Self-parking is offered at $30.00 per day, with unlimited in and out priviledges.
Covered garage - Self-parking is offered at $30.00 per day with unlimited in and out priviledges.

Schedule, Floor Plan, Auction Items
This year, most events will take place in the Grand Ball Room where we have our education. Please note that there is a slight change to the awards format this year. The Awards will take place in Grand Hall C&D, the same room as the education session. Please review the schedule.
All meals will be served in the Grand Hall A & B, in the Exhibitor networking area.
Turf Care reception will take place in the atrium and Grand Hall E on January 17, right after education sessions.
OGSA AGM will take place in Maple Room A, January 17, 2024 at 4:45 pm.
Food!
As always, you can expect to be well fed at our conference.
January 16:
At 9AM our registration will open. Here you can find coffee and tea available.
Our speaker sessions will follow at 10AM.
Our awards ceremony which includes a 3 course plated lunch, coffee and tea, beginning at 11:45am.
Expect a wonderful array of food and drinks at our Centennial Celebration starting at 6:30PM.
January 17:
At 8AM registration opens and you can enjoy a delicious full breakfast buffet coffee and tea!
Conference sessions begin at 8:55AM.
At 12PM our Networking Buffet Lunch begins. Enjoy some good food and beverages, get together, and chat with all of your colleagues, and don't forget to place your bid on your favourite auction item before 1:15pm.
Join us after the education sessions for the Turf Care Reception for food and host bar until 7pm.
January 18:
At 8AM, enjoy another wonderful breakfast buffet, coffee and tea before taking in our final speakers.
