Heather Wyllie

Heather Wyllie is the Founder of Oliphant HR Consulting and a leadership development expert with more than 30 years of experience, including 15 years in golf course operations.

Her early career in golf shaped her understanding of the pressure, pace, and unpredictability superintendents navigate every day.

Heather has been deeply embedded in advancing leadership within the industry: she spent over 15 years as a student of learning, Board of Regents member, and Facilitator for the National Institute of Golf Management, served as a professor with the Golf Management Institute of Canada, and taught Hospitality Management at Niagara College and Humber College.

Today, Heather is a trusted coach and advisor to executives across North America, known for helping leaders strengthen resilience, elevate their impact, and navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

Her keynote, Rising to New Heights: The Resilient Leader, centres on one belief: resilient leaders don’t just survive challenges; they thrive through them.

Heather brings practical, real-world tools drawn from her extensive experience coaching, consulting, and inspiring leaders across North America.
