ConsultExpo Event Services Inc. has been selected as official Customs Broker and will be pleased to assist with the customs clearance and shipping of your display material one-way or round-trip. Please complete the PDF (linked below) ConsultExpo Order Form and Canada Customs Invoice and return to them to ConsultExpo, prior to shipping your materials to Canada. Rates from Toronto Pearson Airport to the conference:

One way: $ 81.00  + hst pp.
Return: $ 155.00 + hst pp.

A 5% discount is being offered on all private exclusive services to and from Toronto Pearson,  Billy Bishop and Hamilton Airports, as well as Buffalo and Niagara Falls New York. Code is valid for online bookings only and bookings must be made at least  84 hours in advance for shuttle service and 8 days or more in advance for private services.
