Melanie Groves

Melanie Groves is a Talent and Culture professional, well versed in the organizational design and learning and development space, with over twenty-five years of experience in crafting and executing impactful learning programs. Melanie’s degree in Exceptionalities in Human Learning laid the foundation for her curiosity about how people learn which led to a career in HR. Working with people from all types of businesses, roles and walks of life further fuels her passion for applying an ED&I lens on the programs and content she creates ensuring learning for all.
Melanie also has a passion for coaching and mentoring. . Having both created & executed corporate mentoring programs and serving as mentor in established programs she thrives on the opportunity to guide individuals on their paths to personal and professional fulfillment. Melanie's approach is characterized by empathy, insight, and a steadfast belief in the potential of every person she works with.

Blending these dimensions, Melanie works closely with her stakeholders to understand the various talent needs resulting in the design and implementation of development curriculums that are specific to the audience. She has created and facilitated programs across all levels of business including and up to senior leadership across various industries. Melanie is not only passionate about the creation of these programs but also their successful delivery and facilitation. She designs her programs with the question “would I want to sit through this training?” and creates and delivers experiences that ensure that participants walk away with actionable insights, improved capabilities and hopefully having had some fun along the way.
