Greg Greer, Superintendent, Royal Montreal

Greg’s career started as a summer student at Hillsdale followed by 4 years at Le Blainvillier working under Randy Scott. In 1998, Greg joined the team at Royal Montreal, where he has now been for 27 years following his graduation from the University of Guelph. Greg held the role of lead pesticide technician, senior assistant superintendent and is now the Course and Property Manager at Royal Montreal. Greg was the assistant superintendent when the club hosted the 2001 Canadian Open as well as the 1st Presidents Cup in Canada. Since taking over the role as Course and Property manager, Greg was the host of the 2014 RBC Canadian Open and most recently The 2024 Presidents Cup.
