Welcome to the OGSA Turfgrass Management Conference! We are excited to host 385 industry delegates and just over 140 industry suppliers! This event is now at capacity and we can't wait to see you there! We have a fantastic event planned for you. Please review the information below and on the conference site to ensure you have a smooth conference experience. OGSA staff are available at the registration desk during the event - in the Atrium to answer your questions.
Onsite registration is not guaranteed. Please connect with the OGSA office in advance to confirm entry before making the trip!
Hotel Accommodations - Blue Mountain Village
Delegates who still require accommodations can call Blue Mountain Resort directly to inquire about availability under the OGSA room block and preferred rates.

Use the conference group rate code: 1029GC.
Check in is at the Grand Georgian for all Village reservations under the OGSA room block.
Parking
Parking is underground and you will receive your parking pass at check in. If you need to park in advance of checking in, there is above ground parking in the village. Please note that the maximum parking height underground is 7’. If you require outdoor parking for the duration of your stay, please let the hotel know at check in.

The OGSA Turfgrass Management Conference Main Stage is located The Courts.
This is on the ground level of the conference centre. If you enter the conference centre from the village, you will enter on the second level, turn right, follow a corridor, and take a large set of stairs (or elevator) to the atrium which leads to The Courts.
Registration and OGSA staff are in the Atrium.
Food
The OGSA Turfgrass Management Full Conference Pass includes most meals! Meal service is in The Courts unless otherwise noted.

Education CECs - in partnership with Syngenta
NEW! To sign up for IPM points, look for the QR code at the end of each session. Use your phone camera to scan the QR code, fill in the form and submit. The QR code will be posted on the presentation screen between sessions, available at the back of the room and at the registration desk. Future Leaders will also be available toward the end of each session with traditional sign up sheets for those who do not have a phone and would prefer the traditional sign up sheet.
CEC codes and instructions for the CGSA and GCSAA are available at the registration desk at the end of each day.
Equipment Manager Sessions - in partnership with Milwaukee
NEW! Equipment Manager sessions are in the Petun Room on the 2nd level of the Blue Mountain Conference Centre.
This education schedule focuses on optimizing equipment operations, building networks and personal resilience. Equipment managers will participate in main stage sessions held in The Courts, and targeted breakout workshops led by experts who understand this unique role. Join us to learn, connect, and elevate your professional skills—because equipment managers are essential to every successful golf course! These sessions are focused on equipment managers, but all delegates are welcome to participate in sessions of interest.
Professional Development Tools in partnership with Greenhorizons Sod Farms
Job Board: All available jobs will be posted on the job board in the Atrium at conference. This is your chance to bring your printed job with you to the conference for delegates to review for FREE!
Headshots: We are offering delegates the opportunity to get their professional headshots done again this year! This service is located in the Atrium and has tremendous value for delegates and is included in your conference pass. Upgrade your online profile at your course, LinkedIn, or other professional social media.
Headshots will be available throughout the conference on Day 1 and Day 2.
